The animal by-products industry plays a crucial role within the food production chain and the circular bioeconomy. The rendering processes not only yield valuable fats and protein meals for animal nutrition products but also non-feed products like biodiesel. These items are exceptionally sensitive to oxidation and require early-stage protection through the use of antioxidants.

To produce high-quality materials, antioxidants are applied during the pre-cook phase. The type of antioxidants used is just as critical as their presence.
